Our Volunteer Management System
We utilize Verkada as our Volunteer Management System (VMS), a user-friendly platform designed to make it easy for families, community members, and partners to get involved in our schools. Verkada handles both visitor and volunteer management across all Rim of the World Unified School District campuses and district office buildings, streamlining the entire process from background checks to daily check-ins.
Whether you’re a longtime ROWUSD volunteer or new to the district, our new system simplifies the entire process — from pre-screening to completing a background check to checking in at any one of the ROWUSD campuses.
All visitors will be required to check in at the front office with a state-issued driver's license or ID.
