ROWUSD utilizes Aeries as our Student Information System.  Parents and students can log in through the Parent/Student portal to access attendance, grades, reports, test results, electronic report cards, electronic transcripts, and other documents related to your student.

Once you have enrolled in ROWUSD and the office has created your student's Aeries profile, you will automatically receive an email from Aeries (donotreply@aeries.com) to start the data confirmation.  This is a step-by-step process in which the parent/guardian adds student information such as contacts, emergency contacts, physical address/mailing address, medical information, authorizations, and family information.  Aeries will send the parent portal information email to the email address you used when you enrolled your student(s).
