Open Enrollment for Medical, Dental, Vision & Basic Life Insurance:

• The District's annual Open Enrollment for the 2025/2026 Plan Year will be May 1, 2025 through May 16, 2025. 

• Per IRS Section 125 regulations, Open Enrollment is the only time of year that changes can be made to insurance elections other than during a Qualifying Life Event.

• Insurance-approved Qualifying Life Events are: Birth, Adoption, Marriage, Divorce, Change in employment status, Loss of other coverage, Gain of other coverage, or Death of a dependent. Changes to insurance elections are allowed within 31 days from the Qualified Life Event. Proper documentation needs to be provided during this timeframe.   

Employee benefits are maintained online at Employee Benefits Website. Benefit details, Claim Forms, Annual Notices, etc. can also be found on the employee benefit website.
