The Rim of the World Unified School District is a community and a family. Our employees are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help students be successful and prepared for the 21st century. 

The Rim of the World Unified School District Personnel Services Department provides support for student success, with a focused view toward enhancing the instructional program of the District through collaboration integrity, accountability, caring, and compassion.

The goals of the Personnel Services Department are as follows:

Goal #1 – To recruit, select and retain the most highly qualified candidates for all open positions in the District in a manner that makes the greatest contribution to the instructional program.

Goal #2 - To promote employee/employer relations for a climate in which optimum staff performance and satisfaction are produced to maximize staff impact on the instructional program.

Goal #3 – To promote and support effective personnel practices which contribute to the effective application of staff capabilities for the benefit of the instructional program.

Goal #4 – To provide quality customer service to our staff, parents, students, and community members.

The goals of the Personnel Services Department reflect our commitment to the success of each student.  Learning will always be our top priority.  We will strive for excellence while maintaining the family atmosphere, passion and integrity that make us unique.
