The Personnel Department has contracted with Ewing Human Resource Solutions, a company that will be conducting a classification review study for classified employees.  In addition, an advisory committee made up of representatives of the classified service has been established to help guide this study and ensure you have an opportunity to participate.

As part of the process, Ewing will host 4 orientations, completely online and lasting around 30 minutes.  The orientation(s) will explain the classification study process.  Employees may group around available computers or log in from their mobile devices. 

Our intention is to allow as many classified employees as possible participate in one of the orientations.  However, we understand this may not be feasible with the operations required at your site or department, especially among employees working 3.75 hours.  Employees who are unable to participate in the live orientation will be given access to a recorded orientation that they may watch at a different time.  Please work with your supervisor to determine your eligibility to participate.

All four of the orientation Zoom links will be sent to all classified employees and leadership on Friday, September 20th.  Please only attend one if you are able to.

I have attached the Position Information Questionnaire that will be discussed during orientation and turned in to your supervisor.  I have also included a letter outlining the process and important deadlines.  Please feel free to review these prior to orientation.
