Crestline Library Fun for Families
Dear Families,
The Crestline Library is full of exciting activities and events for families to enjoy together. From story times and crafts to special programs, there's something for everyone. Stop by and join the fun! San Bernardino County Library: Crestline Branch Library- 24105 Lake Gregory Dr., Crestline, CA 92325Session 4: August 17 - September 27, 2025
Library Beginners (0 to 5 years):
* Little Artist- will be held on Thursday at 11:30 am. Create fun, sometimes messy, art with your little one and guide their imagination by making a project together, or let them steal the show with their own personal artistic style.
* Toddler Bootcamp will be held every Thursday at 12:30 p.m. For the more active toddler, this course includes high-energy songs with lots of movement to inspire healthy physical activity in a fun and exciting way your child will love.
Kid Zone (6 to 11 years):
* Storytime will be held on Tuesdays at 1:00 pm. The whole family can be part of the reading adventure at this wonderfully fun and engaging storytime, featuring great stories, songs, rhymes, a craft, and more.
* BRICreation will be held on Wednesdays at 3:00 pm: If you can imagine it, you can build it! Assemble cool LEGO projects as a group or individually.
Adult Programs (18+)
* Yoga will be held on Mondays at 2:00 pm. Join our yoga class to relax and unwind. Learn postures, meditation, and breathing.
Special Events/Meetings:
* The History of Crestline will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Local historian Russ Keller takes us on a one-hour journey through the rich and colorful history of the small town. He will share photos, stories, and insights that paint a vivid picture of Crestline through the years.
* Tails and Stories will be held on Monday, August 15 & September 15, 2025, at 4:00 pm. You won't want to miss this wonderful program, where you can practice your reading skills on non-judgmental listeners: dogs! Therapy dogs will be at the library while you choose a book to read aloud, and they love hearing stories.
* Friends of the Library Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 3:00 pm. Friends of the Library board and committee members generally meet once a month to conduct business. If you are interested in becoming a Friend, membership applications and brochures are available at your local branch.
* Murders with a Crestline Connection will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Through detailed research and gripping storytelling, local historian Russ Keller explores murders that have been connected to Crestline over the years.
Off-Season: September 28 to October 11, 2025
Adult Programs (18+)
Yoga will be held on Mondays at 2:00 pm. Join our yoga class to relax and unwind. Learn postures, meditation, and breathing techniques to build strength.
Special Events/Meetings:
* Family Paint Event: "Wispy Fall Tree" will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.- Encourage your inner artist at this step-by-step painting lesson and leave with a masterpiece of your own.
* Monster Mayhem will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.. Join us for an afternoon of thrills filled with creepy crafts, thrilling storytime, and exciting games. There's a spooky surprise waiting for those who take on the challenge! Visit and check out 15 items throughout the event to earn an incentive and enter a drawing for fabulous prizes.
* Movies Filmed Locally will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 2:00 pm. Don't miss this captivating journey by Local Historian Russ Keller! Join us for an engaging one-hour event that takes you behind the scenes of movies filmed in and around Crestline.
ALL County Library branches will be closed on Friday, August 15 & Monday, September 1, 2025.
