We are excited to announce an upcoming event that you won't want to miss: our Health & Resource Fair, designed to support and celebrate the wellness of our entire mountain community!
This FREE event will bring together valuable resources for all ages, from infants to seniors, in one convenient and welcoming location. Mountain Health & Resource Fair: Get in the Zone: Live a longer, Healthier Life; Lifestyle-Purpose-Nutrition-Movement; Held on May 21st from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Rim of the World High School, 27400 Highway 18, Lake Arrowhead. Freebies, Food, and Fun. Free resources are available for all Mountain Residents, from infants to Seniors. Cooking demonstrations-YUM!; Take part in Zumba at 6:30 pm. The San Bernardino County Resources: 1) Free Composting Resources, and activities & Raffles.  Healthcare: Free dental screenings, including TK/Kinder screenings; Free sports physicals for High School athletes; FREE Vision screenings: kids & adults and glasses; Free County Information; Free MediCal Counseling; and Free Narcan training.SkyPark will offer Free Bike helmets for kids (Limited Quantities); and many more FREE Resources-Too many to list.  For more information, email: Admin@Hafdra.org
